Description

  • 100% Organic Wool Slug Pellets
  • An organic slug and snail repellent
  • Slow-release natural fertiliser
  • 100% recyclable bag and label

Organic slug and snail repellent, they do not like to cross the material due to the structure of it on their foot.  This is an organic slow-release natural fertiliser, it releases nutrients much slower for plants in comparison to chemical fertilisers.  It has excellent moisture retention. The wool holds onto this moisture reducing the need for frequent watering in hot weather. It is a great barrier around the base of a plant which in turn will protect the plant.  It can be easily blended into other potting mixes.

Ingredients:  100% Natural wool/organic matter

How to Use Romney Marsh Wool Slug Pellets Instructions:

Apply
Sprinkle the wool pellets evenly around the base of your plant, ensuring the soil is covered.

Water
Water the pellets lightly. They will naturally absorb moisture and expand.

Create a Protective Wool Mat
As the pellets expand, gently agitate or tease them apart with your fingers or a small hand fork. This helps them knit together to form a breathable wool mat around the plant.

Protect & Nourish
The wool mat helps to:

- Deter slugs and snails with its coarse natural fibres.
- Retain moisture, reducing the need for frequent watering.
- Suppress weed growth.
- Help regulate soil temperature by insulating plant roots.
- Slowly release valuable nutrients as the British wool naturally biodegrades, enriching the soil over time.

Top Tip:
Top up with fresh pellets as the wool gradually breaks down to maintain protection throughout the growing season.

Safety

Not for human consumption.  Please avoid disposing of in drains or food waste disposal. Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and in its original packaging, keep well away from children and animals.

The wool pellets are good, fast delivery and eco packaging.

The pellets are very good, I have a field & a wood behind my house & think the slugs send out a come & dine message when something new is planted. Did flinch at the postage cost, otherwise a 5 star.

Lesley walker

The wool pellets are great value and they do keep the slugs at bay the packaging is very eco thanks for the fast delivery.
