The best Aran wool I came across researching online and I am loving knitting with it (and am very pleased my purchase is supporting a family run sheep farm). Not knitted in Aran for years. I’ll be purchasing some more for another project for sure. Fabulous wool.

Our Natural British Romney Aran Yarn is made using wool from our own flock of Romney sheep, raised on our family farm on the Romney Marsh.
The yarn retains the warm, naturally creamy colour of the fleece and is neither bleached nor dyed. Romney wool is renowned for its strength, durability and excellent stitch definition, making this characterful Aran-weight yarn a wonderful choice for traditional and contemporary projects.
Use it to create warm jumpers, cardigans, hats, scarves, gloves, blankets, cushions and other knitted or crocheted pieces designed to be enjoyed for years.
Choose between a 50g ball for smaller projects, colourwork or finishing touches and a 100g ball for larger garments and accessories.

As this is a natural, minimally processed British wool yarn, its colour and character may vary slightly between batches. We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your entire project at the same time to achieve the best possible colour match.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Gently hand wash in cool water using a suitable wool detergent. Avoid rubbing, wringing or sudden changes in water temperature. Reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct heat.
