Description

Our Natural British Merino 4-Ply Yarn is made using carefully selected fleeces from our own flock of Merino sheep, raised on our family farm on the Romney Marsh.

Merino fleece has fine, closely crimped fibres which create a beautifully soft and smooth yarn. Its comfortable handle makes it a wonderful choice for lightweight garments and accessories designed to be worn close to the skin.

The versatile 4-ply weight is suitable for delicate knitting and crochet projects, including cardigans, lightweight jumpers, shawls, scarves, hats, gloves, socks and baby knits. Its generous metreage also makes it ideal for detailed patterns, cables, lacework and colourwork.

The yarn retains the natural creamy colour and individual character of the fleece, creating a timeless neutral shade that can be used alone or combined with other natural yarns.

Each 100g skein contains approximately 350 metres of yarn.
