Description

We offer a gift wrapping service for anyone who wishes to celebrate a special occasion. Each gift is beautifully wrapped in our recyclable paper and tied with a satin ribbon, so it’s suitable for all occasions.

 

To have your items gift wrapped, you can either add to your basket above, or view your shopping basket and click on the ‘Add Gift Wrap’ button at the bottom. Please note that you will need to add a gift wrap for each item in your basket that needs gift wrapping, and the cost is per item. Cost is £5.00 per item. 

 

You will have the chance to add a personalised message to your gift wrapped item(s) in check out, please add in the delivery instructions and we will do the rest!

Can I choose the type of ribbon or paper used for the gift wrap?

Our gift wrap service utilizes a selection of recyclable paper and high-quality satin ribbon. Unfortunately, customization in terms of ribbon or paper choice is not available at this time.

Is the gift wrap option available for all products?

Yes, the gift wrap service is available for all eligible products in our online store. However, please ensure to select the gift wrap option for each item that you wish to have wrapped.

Do you offer international shipping for items with gift wrap?

Yes, we offer international shipping for gift wrapped items. However, please check the shipping options and rates that apply to your specific delivery location.

What if I forget to add a gift wrap option to my item?

If you forget to add the gift wrap option to your item during checkout, you will need to go back and select the gift wrap option for that item. Be sure to do this before finalizing your order.  Alternatively if you have already checked out please contact Customer Service on 01233 721800 who can help.

Can I include a gift message for multiple items?

Yes, you can include a personalized message for each gift wrapped item. Please provide your message in the delivery instructions at checkout, and we will ensure that it is included with the respective items.
