Description

Our Natural British Romney Lambswool DK Yarn is blended and spun using carefully selected fleeces from our own flock of Romney sheep, raised on our family farm on the Romney Marsh.

The deep Dark Grey shade is created using the natural colours of the fleece, giving the yarn beautiful depth and character without synthetic dyes. It makes a striking choice when used alone and contrasts beautifully with our Ecru, Light Grey and Medium Grey lambswool yarns.

Lambswool creates a soft and warm yarn, while the natural qualities of Romney wool provide durability and excellent stitch definition. Its versatile Double Knitting weight makes it suitable for an extensive range of knitting and crochet projects.

Use it to create cardigans, jumpers, hats, scarves, gloves, blankets, children’s garments, soft toys and other treasured handmade pieces.

Each 100g ball contains approximately 209 metres of yarn.
