You will receive natural and hand-dyed Romney wool, 36- and 40-gauge felting needles, an eco felting-pad cover, a pipe cleaner, parchment paper, instructions and a video tutorial link, presented in a reusable box.
You will need uncooked rice to fill the eco felting pad, as rice is not included. The listing or instruction booklet should specify the required quantity.
