For a lower or softer pillow, unzip the cover and remove a small amount of wool at a time. To restore its height and bounce, gently separate and redistribute the wool clusters before reshaping the pillow.
Store any removed wool in a clean, dry and breathable bag. You can return it to the pillow whenever you would like greater height or firmness.

Is the pillow adjustable?
Yes. The organic cotton cover has a zipped opening that gives you access to the wool filling. You can remove, redistribute or add wool to adjust the pillow’s height and firmness.
How do I make my pillow softer or lower?
Unzip the cover and remove a small amount of wool at a time until the pillow reaches your preferred height and feel. Store the removed wool in a clean, dry and breathable bag so that it can be added again later.
How do I make my pillow firmer or higher?
Redistribute and loosen the existing wool filling first. If you would still prefer more height or firmness, additional wool can be added through the zipped opening.
Will the wool settle over time?
Yes. Wool fibres naturally settle and compress with use. This is normal and does not mean that the pillow has deteriorated. Open the zipped cover, gently separate and redistribute the wool clusters, then shake and reshape the pillow.

Is additional wool available?
