Made using Lavandula angustifolia grown and distilled at Castle Farm in Kent, this high-grade essential oil has a naturally soft, floral fragrance with delicately honeyed notes.

Its comforting aroma makes it a lovely choice for evening relaxation, home fragrancing, oil burners and diffusers. When correctly diluted in a suitable carrier oil, it can also be used for aromatherapy massage or added to a warm bath.

Lavender and lavandin have distinctly different fragrances. This lavender oil has a softer and more traditionally floral aroma, making it particularly suited to quiet evenings and relaxing routines. For a stronger, fresher and more camphorous fragrance, choose our Natural Kentish Lavandin Essential Oil.

Pure essential oils are highly concentrated and must always be diluted appropriately before being applied to the skin or added to bathwater.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For home fragrance:

Add a few drops to a suitable oil burner or diffuser, following the appliance manufacturer’s instructions.

For aromatherapy massage:

Dilute four drops of lavender essential oil in 10ml of suitable carrier oil before applying to the skin.

For use in the bath:

Mix six drops of lavender essential oil into 10ml of carrier oil. Add one teaspoon of the prepared mixture to the bathwater and stir thoroughly before entering the bath.

For evening fragrance:

Apply a few drops to an appropriate aroma stone, diffuser or handkerchief placed near the bed. Do not apply the undiluted oil directly to bedding or delicate fabrics because it may mark them.
