Elham Food Festival and Market
SUNDAY, 15 DECEMBER in the Village Square, from 12 - 3.30pm.
OUR first CHRISTMAS FOOD FESTIVAL and MARKET, held in the Village Square on Sunday, 16 December, 2012, was the first of our bi-annual Food Festivals and proved to be a great success and huge fun. We had over 600 visitors and would like to thank all the stallholders, performers, food providers and - of course - those shoppers who made this such a special day. Special thanks to Pam Ferris for opening the market and for her fabulous and funny portrayal of Mother Christmas.
Those of you who joined us last year will remember what a festive occasion it was, and this year’s market is shaping up to be just as good, if not better, so we hope we can count on your support. It's on SUNDAY, 15 DECEMBER in the Village Square, from 12 - 3.30pm.
As before, the Square will be packed with traders selling delicious food and drink and gorgeous gifts; St Mary’s Church will be serving teas, coffees and snacks and the Kings Arms will be the place to head to, for mulled wine, spiced cider and hot snacks.
We’ve lined up some great live entertainment, an exciting competition for the kids, fabulous raffle and some surprises we’re saving for the day.
So please join us in a fun, festive welcome to Christmas.
