Returns Policy

Refunds, Cancellations and Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 28 days returns policy subject to the article being in a saleable condition and in original undamaged packaging. The overall condition of the returned item will be taken into consideration when making refunds. Please be aware that you must contact us within 14 days of reciept of the parcel to explain that you would like to return or swap the item. Once notice has been given you then have a further 14 days in which to return the parcel to us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we DO NOT have to offer a refund if the parcel has not been returned within 28 days or if you have not contacted us within 14 days.

Refunds will be credited as per original method of payment.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must give us written notice to Romney Marsh Wools, Rushfield, Giggers Green Road, Aldington, Kent, TN25 7BT (including email info@romneymarshwools.co.uk) within that 14 day period. If you do cancel the order within the 14 day period any payments made by you will be returned in full within 30 days.

If the item has already been despatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Cancelled items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.

If an item is being returned due to a fault we will also refund the delivery charge. If you return a damaged or faulty item from an order consisting of more than one item, we will only refund you the cost of the faulty item.

Custom made products may not normally be returned unless faulty.

For your protection it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items.

You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible and return the item within 14 days for a full refund (including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.
